At the start of this month, Neo celebrated its 4th birthday! As the actual birthday date (September 3rd) fell on a weekend this year, the Neo team enjoyed a mini celebration during the week prior at the office, complete with cake (of course), followed by a celebratory evening at local French wine and cheese venue, Maison Vauron.
As part of the celebrations we asked the Neo team, “what is one thing you enjoy about working at Neo?” It was great to hear their answers, of which you find a selection below.

It was great to hear our team’s responses, as Neo has always had values steeped in its people and culture. Hearing that reflected in our team’s replies is a great indication that we are still living and striving to exceed these values four years on.
Neo’s Managing Director, Nigel Stevenson, summed it up well by saying; “I attribute our success to the fact that Neo isn’t about one person, its a collective of amazing people and passionate engineers working collectively, learning and challenging each other on a daily basis for the common goal of providing efficient and sustainable outcomes for our clients.”
